Lodging for the New England Forest Rally
The organizers of the New England Forest Rally are pleased to announce that Sunday River, our host resort, is continuing to offer a wide range of room and lodging types with only a slight increase of Nightly rates. The following are the rates for all people attending the rally.
MAKING YOUR RESERVATION FOR NEFR: If you are making reservations to stay at Sunday River during the rally, you must make them by phone, by calling 1-800-207-2365, mention that you are making reservations for the 2015 New England Forest Rally, and provide the Reservation Code listed, in order to receive the rates below. (All rates listed are per unit, per night. An 11% gratuity and 8% Maine sales tax will be added to the rates.)
Deposit: For one night’s lodging (if stay is only for one night), or for a multiple night stay, ½ of the total cost of the reservation is due within five (5) days of booking the reservation. Final payment is due two weeks prior to arrival and will be automatically charged.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled between receipt of deposit and 15 days prior to arrival forfeit a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival forfeit the entire deposit amount. No refund for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows or downgrades.
Hotel check-in time is after 4 pm on the day of arrival. Checkout time is before 10:30 am on the day of departure. Late check-out fees will apply. Room availability cannot be guaranteed for early arrivals. All efforts will be made, however, to accommodate those guests who arrive early. Luggage storage is available.
NOTE FOR COMPETITORS
RV Parking: Sunday River allows for the overnight parking of RVs in Parking lot 8. Lot 8 is located on the access road to the Grand Summit Lodge. This is the ONLY lot where parking is allowed for RVs, trucks and trailers. Lot 3 is reserved for service vehicles with proper vehicle stickers. Lots at the lodges are reserved for guests staying at the lodge. Servicing of rally vehicles permitted only in Lot 3 and Lot 8.
