If so, simply download a Twitter application, or go to the twitter mobile page http://m.twitter.com to sign up and start following Rally America.
No mobile web?
You can still receive updates on your phone via text message by first creating an account online at www.twitter.com, then enable your phone under “settings” and start following Rally America (with texting set to on).
