About Rally
There are no ovals, pace cars or rain delays. Rally racing features real cars racing against the clock on closed-off sections of real roads that are usually unpaved and unforgiving. More information about the sport of rally continued here…
How to Spectate
For those that are new to rally, here are a couple of tips to ensure a great experience:
- Come prepared. Rally takes place on the back roads, in the woods, and off the beaten path. There are no cozy box seats out here! Recommended supplies include weather appropriate clothing, good foot wear, water and snacks are always a good idea, folding chairs can be convenient (but should be positioned only in the safest viewing locations).
- Be safe. Use common sense, always stay behind the caution tape, and always listen to the Marshals on duty.

Conditions
Spring conditions in Northern New England are always changing. The road will be gravel covered, but the surface could change throughout the day, depending on the temperatures. The temperatures could range anywhere from 30° to 60°F and rain is always a possibility, so be sure to dress appropriate for the conditions.

Presented as a thank you to the workers of the Team O’Neil Regional Rally, entry is free to anyone who worked the rally on Saturday. All others are welcome for a small entry fee. The rally will be a straight-forward Time-Speed-Distance rally of approximately 50 miles. A tulip diagram format will be used for the route instructions! the route includes many of the rally roads used during the stage rally on Saturday, including some of the coolest roads on the Team O’Neil property and the famous “swtichback” section of Chick’s Sand and Gravel. This is a non-points event. The end point is very close to I-93 so as soon as the rally is over, you can hit the highway. There will be no awards, so no waiting around for scoring afterwards. Results will be posted a few days after the event.
